Inspire your Own Inner-Light and Bloom Where You are Planted!

Are you the type of person that allows challenging and/or negative circumstances you face in your life to cause you to freeze from forward movement and dictate your level of happiness? Do you believe that you'll only be happy when you save enough money, buy a house, find the soul mate you have been desiring for yourself? Waiting on something to change for things to align.

Life can often take an unexpected turn, leading everyday people down paths that they didn't anticipate on their journey of life. When this occurs, you can find yourself in unfamiliar soil and not feeling truly grounded. However, just like a resilient flower or plant, each individual has the power within themselves to begin to "bloom right where they are planted."


While the thought of just incorporating positive goals can feel invigorating, they won't work without action. Every now you may experience a shadow like cloud that can suddenly appear, feeling as though it is threatening you with darkness over your life and\or progress. These clouds can be situations, people or even imagined threats. It is important to not allow this perceived darkness to hinder you from your life's path. Try your best to choose resiliency and growth. Remember, resiliency doesn't mean experiencing less distress, it is about handling difficulties in ways that foster strength. Stay determined to find the good in yourself, in others and in your life. Then strive to focus on that, recognizing the shadow of the clouds are temporary. Keep that up and lean into the sunlight of your world. Get inspired on the inside and shine like a diamond!


TIP No. 1


Self-Acceptance of your current circumstance in life is the first step to inspiring your inner-light. Learn to cultivate resiliency in yourself by acknowledging your situation without self-judgment by you or by others. I once heard, "Do not attach yourself to other people's personal judgments, what they think about you is none of your business", and I agree. Just say to yourself, "it is, what it is . . . for now." So, just embrace your fabulous and thrive.


TIP No. 2


Strive to adjust to whatever is happening. Learn to pivot, shift and bend with the blowing wind of change. Be open to learning new skills, make new friends on purpose and be in a solution orientated mind-set and not problem mind-set. Observe and learn the people you admire. Their success and creativity can inspire you to improve yourself and create something valuable.


TIP No. 3


Incorporate Self-Care as a routine. A well-nourished mind, body and spirit is more receptive to inspiration when taken care of daily. Find the beauty in small moments in life. Walk in nature a few hours a day to center and reset yourself.


TIP No. 4


Set Clear Goals for what you want to manifest into your life. Begin to define and visualize what you want in detail, because having a mental vision of your goal gives you direction to your inspiration. Remember it is your desire, it doesn't have to be the same as someone else, nor approved by anyone, just you. So, be inspired and get into it!


TIP No. 5


Be patient and allow ideas to develop overtime. Inspiration doesn't always happen instantaneously. Learn to master being the unique you and not a copy. Remember, you have everything you need inside your yourself.


TIP No. 6


Celebrate your Wins! Remember you are no longer that same seed that was planted. You are sprouting leaves and flourishing to a fabulous bloom. Embrace your unique journey even if you find yourself in rocky soil for a while longer than desired. Remember real growth is possible! So, let your roots dig deep and allow your leaves to stretch upward to the sun, and shine your own inner-light right where you are planted!
